What
Fixed errors about hiding Alixer/Bingo NPC when we are in the Hub but don't have the Hub graph loaded for some reason. While this doesn't fix the underlying issue with the graph in general, this is the correct way to check to avoid causing more errors. Also, while I'm at it, added support for fetching Bingo event start and end from the Hypixel API (resources endpoint, no API key required), which implements support for Extreme and Secret Bingos.
